Wendy Grant

Wendy has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years. She began studying iRest in 2007 becoming certified in 2010.  The non-dual teachings immediately and deeply resonated and now inform and permeate her approach to practicing and teaching.
She is currently teaching gentle, mindful yoga classes, iRest group and private sessions and one day mindfulness retreats.  
Her intention is to encourage an exploration and awareness of how we move and breathe and function not just on the yoga mat but in all our daily activities and then finding tools that are practical, relevant and appropriate to an individual's unique needs.
Seeing people find the connections within themselves and waking up to  the  larger web of connection is her greatest joy in teaching.
