Renn Polk
DNP, PMHNP-BC
Renn is a Nurse Practitioner who completed a residency program at Duke University and VA Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. She holds doctoral degree from Gonzaga University, a Master’s of Science in Nursing Education from Norwich University, a Master’s of Science from the University of Southern Maine, and a Master’s of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Renn is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for resilience and holistic health. Renn is also an Army Veteran and now an Army Reservist. She has lived all over the U.S. and overseas. Renn holds military skill identifiers as a Master Resilience Trainer and Defense Strategist. She is proud to be a Tillman Military Scholar and remains very involved with the Tillman Foundation. Renn lives in Mountlake Terrace with her husband, Chris.
