Ying Liu

I have been exploring spiritual and healing traditions from both the East and the West since 2005. My journey of self-discovery and healing took me across the world to Tibet, China, India, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Europe. I am a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist-in-training, Level I iRest teacher, conscious dance facilitator, and vibrational sound healing and therapy practitioner. Since 2009, I have also been working as a language interpreter for many teachers and healers, transmitting spiritual and healing wisdom, and building bridges across cultures. I currently teach restorative, yin, gentle flow and chair yoga classes. I also facilitate individual and group sound therapy sessions.
