Deborah Heimann

Deb Heimann completed her Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra training with Richard Miller in March of 2018. She is also a certified Level 3 Forrest Yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour Forrest Yoga training with Ana Forrest in 2014, a year-long mentorship with Forrest Yoga Senior Guardian Erica Mather in 2015, and extensive training with Forrest Yoga Senior Guardians Heidi Sormaz and Cat Allen in 2018. Deb has a deep passion for connecting people to their authentic selves. Her focus is on building strength and tenacity through deep breathing, centering, and grounding in each practice. Deb's home studio is located in Woodstock, VT, where she has regular weekly classes. Deb is a clear and compassionate communicator, a professional freelance book editor, and an amateur gardener.
