Auburn Juliano-Herchek

My Mission is to help others find emotional well-being by creating a deep state of relaxation and discovering their own inner peace. I offer restorative yoga, guided meditations, reiki, and sound therapy. I am a 500 hour registered yoga instructor, who teaches yoga at Roots in Wadsworth and the Yoga Den in Norton. I also host many events and workshops in the area, including monthly events at Shine in Kent.
