D Bayley Thompson

Bayley Thompson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She resides in Shelby County, Kentucky, and teaches in Frankfort and Shelbyville. Besides Hatha Vinyasa style yoga, she teaches Chair Yoga for seniors and Trauma Sensitive yoga for veterans. An avid practitioner and instructor of Tai Chi and Qigong, she also teaches Yin Yoga, a merging of hatha yoga and Taoist philosophy. Bayley is an iRest Level 1 Teacher, facilitating iRest for groups and individuals. She is also currently pursuing her master's in clinical mental health counseling.
