I am currently engaged in a project applying iRest within a wilderness expedition setting. While horse packing along the arizona trail, the group is contemplating the psychological, social and environmental implications of living sustainably in this world.

I am guiding the group through an ongoing process of contemplative inquiry based on the principals and practices of iRest. These practices will support and guide the intrapersonal inquiry of this journey. My aim is to adapt, apply and document the iRest protocols in relationship to a group of undergraduate students within an expedition setting. This process will create a framework for similar youth and community-based initiatives in the future through ongoing documentation.
