Daina Pakalnis

Daina M. Pakalnis, BA, BFA, E-200 RYT - 500 RYT.  

Member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Assoc. and the International Assoc. of Yoga Therapist. A long time practitioner of yoga, and currently teaching in the Chicago area and suburbs.

Additional teacher trainings: Yoga and Depression; Amy Weintraub, (Practitioner I)  -  Hormonal Yoga Therapy; Dinah Rodriguez -Yoga for Cancer TT; Tari Panister - iRest Level II; Jennifer Lopez. In addition to group and classes, I do offer private sessions as well as workshops.
