I attended Level 1 training last spring with Dr Miller and his amazing team. Learning the iRest protocol has provided me with strong foundational tools to use in helping military members and their dependents navigate the challenges, sacrifices and stresses one encounters while serving in (and/or supporting members of) the armed forces. In addition to facilitating the practice of iRest, I have been teaching yoga and Pilates for about 16 years. I am currently offering iRest and yoga on a Royal Air Force base in the United Kingdom.
