I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, a Certified Yoga Therapist and an International Yoga Teacher. My special interests are in yoga Nidra, concentration practices, and happiness. I teach and train in the USA and Northern India. I currently teach as an Online Health, Wellness and Yoga expert for Health Purify India, FitBlink and in person at Awarefull, fort Collins, Colorado USA.
