After 30 years with IBM in education, sales and marketing, I retired and became a Kripalu yoga teacher.
I have since completed my 500 hour professional level certification at Kripalu along with my Level 3 certification in iRest.
I have certifications in Personal Training and Positional Yoga Therapy for injuries and postural imbalances.
I have taught workshops in Insomnia, addiction, eating disorders and worked with Veterans with PTSD.
I teach yoga and meditation to groups and individuals in the Atlanta area.
