I’d had an eclectic 20-year business career in strategic planning, finance, management, and marketing, when I burned myself out at the end of the 1980s. In the process of recovering and learning how to live in better balance, I became a dedicated student of many different physical, mental/emotional and spiritual healing and self-awareness tools – including yoga, authentic movement, self-hypnosis and a variety of meditation practices. I also studied Integrated Awareness® with its founder, Lansing Gresham, and Zero Balancing® with its creator, Fritz Smith. All these formed the foundation of my new calling as a personal coach to others who had experienced similar lifestyle challenges and were committed to maintaining balanced wellness, as they pursued their professional goals. Since 1993 I’ve had the honor of coaching many dedicated visionary individuals in The Art of Allowing. I discovered the profound relaxation value of iRest in 2011 and completed Level 1 Teacher training in July 2013. Now I’m looking forward to sharing this practice with clients. I’m particularly interested in working with others of my “Baby Boomer” generation, who want to preserve or recover their vitality and access a greater sense of ease and well being as we age. I'm also looking for opportunities to take the iRest experience into business environments. I am available for individual session by phone, or in person at your home or office.
