Diane Zantop is a certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist with a master’s degree in psychology focusing on yoga and mind/body health through Sonoma State University. She integrates her background as a teacher, artist and explorer in the realms of transpersonal psychology and mysticism with her 35 practice of Yoga and meditation. She has been teaching for over 30 years. She is also initiated in Usui Reiki healing and completed advanced training in Bio Energy Healing with Mieteck Wirkus. She has been affiliated with Yoga Alliance since 2001 at the 500 hour level.

Advanced training in Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra (level 2) has deepened her personal practice and this meditative heart of yoga has become a focus of much of her teaching. As she makes these teachings her own, she integrates them into her work as a healer and spiritual mentor. Her background includes classes on local college campuses, small restorative/somatic yoga classes, private healing sessions with those facing serious illness, work with adolescent males challenged with autism and ADHD and was the teacher in a NIH chair research project through Florida Atlantic University. She is currently integrating Hanna Somatics Education with her Yoga teaching. She has found iRest meditation to be a profoundly relaxing and transformational addition to her work.
