Elizabeth Kerwin is a Masters level Licensed Mental Health counsellor and certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She offers 1:1 irest sessions, individualized yoga sessions, psychotherapy, and group irest and yoga classes in Whatcom County, outside of Bellingham Washington. Her practice spans many years of training and practice, and she works with a wide variety of people, including those seeking assistance for immediate struggles with anxiety and depression, as well those seeking deeper engagement with the gift of life, wanting to engage with deeper reflection and engagement with inner life.
