Erika Tsoukanelis

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings professional knowledge and a calming presence to my private practice in Greenwich, Connecticut. I have a Bachelors degree in psychology from Sarah Lawrence College, and I earned my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. I have worked as a psychotherapist in hospitals, clinics and residential settings, including Westchester Jewish Community Services, Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, and Monte Nido Eating Disorder Treatment Center, located in Malibu, California. My clients include individuals, couples, families and groups. A certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, I have received advanced training in iRest, a research-based practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry. This practice has proven effective in work with PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and insomnia.
