Eva Ambika Livingston

Eva Ambika is a retired RN, Yoga Health Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Sound Healer and Certified in iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. She first discovered iRest in 2011 and fell in love with it. She found that iRest offered a simple way to connect with her sense of inner wholeness; and taught her to meet, welcome, and lovingly attend to parts of herself where there is a sense of conflict or difficulty. This has brought insight, healing, empowerment and has helped her to become a better friend, mother, daughter and partner. 

Eva's journey and passion is to discover and live from a true spiritual depth within, and to allow that connection to support deep healing and transformation in the quality and experience of her life. iRest greatly supports both goals. In her work with groups and individuals, the emphasis is on creating an environment where healing, clarity and inspiration can emerge naturally from within.

She is blessed to live in beautiful Southern Utah, and to offer iRest, Yoga Health Education and Massage. She loves combining her medical background with a holistic eastern approach for maximum benefits. One of her favorite group experiences is co-led with her partner, Yana Symonenko L.Ac. – together they offer an exquisite combination of iRest, with Acupuncture and Sound Healing.
