Jan Wheeler

Jan is a licensed psychologist and a certified teacher of iRest Yoga Nidra. She completed yoga teacher training at Shoshoni Yoga Center near Boulder, CO in 2003. Jan has been teaching yoga since 2004 and Yoga Nidra since 2007. She currently teaches two iRest classes per week at alleyCat Yoga in Columbia, MO. Jan incorporates nondual principles in all areas of her life.
