Jean Marie Hays has been teaching classes, workshops, retreats and private clients for over twenty seven years. She is the founder of Integrative Wellness Counseling, former owner of The Yoga Source and author/producer of the CD, "Deep Relaxation" (available at www.cdbaby.com/jmhays).

In working with Richard Miller PhD, founder of iRest, over the last 10 years, I have woven iRest into my classes and work with individuals and have found it profoundly helpful in assisting people in meeting and welcoming all aspects of themselves. I also use it in my own personal practice and find it very helpful in bringing compassionate awareness to stubborn issues to find peace and transformation.
