Genevieve (Jen) Heibult

Jen has completed her Level 1, 2, and full iRest Yoga Nidra Teaching Certification. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 and a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and recognized Experienced Yoga Teacher 200.

She is known for holding a compassionate space for all students. She often combines guiding iRest with yin, restorative, or slow flow yoga practices, adapting practices to the needs of students. She also teaches practical mindfulness for everyday life in a variety of settings, from businesses to retreats.

She teaches yoga asana and meditation because it has provided healing and happiness in her own life, and she is passionate about sharing these teachings with others. She also has her master's degree in from the University of Washington and for many years also worked as a marine ecologist. From her initial ecology training she continues to be interested in interconnection -- between our breath and body, and between one another.
