Jessica was drawn to her first Yoga class in 1984 while living in Ohio where she felt an immediate sense of grounding and connection to her own heart. Since then, Jessica has been committed to her Yoga practice so she can meet the challenges of life with strength and courage. Jessica is passionate about Yoga and meditation as the basics for integrating body, mind, and spirit. She completed 200 hr Yoga teaching training with Lisa Clark in 2004 and iRest Yoga Nidra Level I with Richard Miller in 2011. Jessica is particularly excited about the iRest protocol because it empowers people to focus on their own intuitive intelligence. Jessica is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping people achieve their personal growth goals and transform their physical and emotional health.
