Judy Bee

Judy has been practicing yoga since the 70's and formally trained as a yoga teacher in 2007. She completed studies in Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy and IRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Training in Victoria Australia in 2013. With this wonderful knowledge woven into her classes Judy aims to inspire people to reconnect with their essential nature enhancing their health and well being....exquisite!
