She wrote Yoga Meditations for Awakened Living (WPA, 2005) and 2 volumes of 30 Scripts for Relaxation, Imagery and Inner Healing (WPA 2015). She specializes in balancing and strengthening the mind-body-spirit connection through yoga, meditation, positive relaxation and guided imagery.
