Karen lives and teaches Yoga on the west coast of Scotland, on the Isle of Seil. She is inspired by the sense of community and wellbeing a pracice of yoga can bring to life and aims to teach a form of yoga that is accessible to eveyone, regardless of age or ability. Her practice has many influences, from traditional pranayama, through Scaravelli inspired movement practice, to iRest Yoga Nidra. She feels the broad arc of her practice well suits the demands of the modern world, as it treasures the wisdom of the ancients and appreciates adaptations for the contemporary practicioner. Karen teaches in person to the local community and has embraced teaching online during the current restrictions.
