Karla

Karla is a certified iRest/Yoga Nidra teacher who has taught iRest at yoga centers, elementary and high schools, at drug rehab and homeless shelters. As well as being a Registed Nurse, she has had a career for over 30years as a bodyworker and holistic healthcare provider. She has extensive training and practice in various forms of meditation. It is one of her greatest joys to help people experience their own inate wisdom.
