Kate Guilbault

Kate Guilbault is a 2010 graduate of Viniyoga New England and holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.  She is currently studying with Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute.  She has been studying and practicing yoga regularly since 2005.  Kate teaches yoga classes to a wide range of students and often incorporates yoga nidra meditation into her sequencing.  She also works with special populations including teens and pregnant women.

Kate has a background in social work and is a DONA Trained Birth Doula.  She teaches classes at Breathing Time Yoga in Pawtucket, RI.
