Rest became a way of life for Kathie since her Level I training in 2009. She has offered iRest to guests at Hospitality House shelter for the homeless in Nevada County. She has taught iRest through group workshops and classes at yoga studios in Nevada City and Reno as well as individual sessions on request. Kathie taught the Yoga History and Philosophy segment of the Yoga Solution and Full Life Yoga Studio's teacher training and advanced studies course in 2013.

Kathie has taught yoga for over 15 years. She holds a BS in Conservation of Natural Resources and an MA in Botany.
