Leah (Lynn) is a Certified iRest Teacher.  She has led group sessions at Gilda's Club Twin Cities (a cancer support community) and has worked privately with shock/trauma victims, cardiac patients, families and caregivers of hospice patients, veterans, at-risk teenagers, and people seeking relief from anxiety.

Leah began studying iRest with Richard Miller and Joan Ruvinsky in 2010, and she started her Warriors at Ease training in 2011. She is a working artist and a former faculty member at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. Leah believes that the healing powers of kindness, laughter, and music cannot be over estimated.
