Leah Golberstein

Leah is a Certified iRest Teacher who has experienced first hand the healing effects of meditation. Leah has led group iRest sessions at Gilda's Club Twin Cities (a cancer support community) and she has worked individually with cardiac patients, families and caregivers of hospice patients, at-risk teenagers, and people seeking relief from anxiety.
A practitioner of meditation since the 1980s, Leah began studying iRest with Richard Miller and Joan Ruvinsky when after effects of surgery left her with chronic pain. Leah lived her passions of engaging others in self inquiry and creative self expression when she was on faculty at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design and continues to do so now through her meditation classes.
An enthusiastic student of life, Leah believes that the healing powers of kindness, laughter, and music cannot be over estimated.
