I am a yoga teacher (500-RYT), certified iRest Yoga Nidra Level I, and LVCY certified (Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga). I am originally from Mexico but have been livin in the US for about 16 years ago. I went to college in Albany, N.Y. Upon graduating, with a degree in Public Communications, I travelled for about a year throughout Asia and Europe. Eleven years ago I arrived in San Francisco, CA. where I now have my home. I speak English and Spanish and lead classes in English and/or Spanish, public and private, throughout the entire Bay Area.
