Lillas Hatala, MCEd, CHRP, CMC, RYT 500 IRest certified Lillas is Executive Director of Integrative Leadership International Ltd. and coauthor of Integrative Leadership (2005), The Integrative Leadership Study Guide (2008), The Business Case for Leadership Development, and numerous published articles. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional, Certified Management Consultant, and Professional Speaker with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, an Inspirational Coach, and member of the International Leadership Association. Lillas has over 30 years experience as a leading edge leadership and management development practitioner, working with individuals, teams, and organizations in North America and beyond. Her current work in Integrative Leadership challenges leaders today to expand their consciousness and bring greater levels of awareness and significance to their lives and to their organizations. Lillas integrates yoga teachings ( yoga for leader wellbeing and IRest ) into leadership development retreats and also teaches a yoga of leadership program at the Sivananda Ashram , Bahamas.
