Lillian Lennox, LMHC, RYT-500 has an MA Counseling Psychology with specialized training in CBT & mind/body approaches for treatment & prevention of post-traumatic injuries & co-occurring disorders. She is a certified Level II EMDR practitioner, a Certified iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher & Sivananda Yoga Teacher RYT-500. Lillian worked extensively in Community Mental Health as a Trauma & Addiction Program Coordinator, a Senior Clinician on the Acute/Urgent Care Team, and is currently a member of the Berkshire County First Responder Team. Lillian is a Graduate of the International Trauma Studies Program (ISTP) Columbia University where she was trained in intervention and preventions that promote the resilience, mental health and social integration of individuals, families and communities who have endured catastrophic psychosocial trauma. Lillian has a research interest in the philosophical and spiritual implications of recent developments in neurobiology, and is deeply committed to an integrative, collaborative and interdisciplinary practice.
