Maria Silva is a certified yoga instructor, a certified Integrative Restoration iRest® teacher, and a Life Coach with a life long thirst for learning and fulfillment. She has an unwavering commitment to being a force of peace, love and healing in the world. Maria brings a resolute conviction in the interconnectedness and goodness of life and of all beings to her work. It is her great passion to assist others in accessing their own inherent source of peace, joy and well-being. Her dedication toward helping others find fulfillment has grown from her own journey toward wholeness, authenticity and peace. Maria is a deep listener with great insight, compassion, and a calming and soulful presence. Maria lives and teaches both in California and Arizona.
