Maria Vargas

Maria has been teaching yoga and meditation since early 2016. She primarily teaches yin yoga and restorative yoga, but she is also a certified Emily Hess "Sound of Yoga" teacher - an education combining yoga and sound healing through singing bowls. Furthermore, she is a certified yin yoga massage therapist. 

Maria is married to a military veteran, and thus has a personal and profound interest in this particular group. In 2020 she completed the Warriors at Ease Level 1 - an education in yoga and meditation for veterans, spouses and active duty service members.
