I am a lover of God and seeker of wisdom and truth. I have been a mother to six and a home educator for most of my adult life.
After I had an extremely personal and devastating loss in my life, my friend and initial yoga mentor suggested I try yoga to find terra firma again.I have not looked back since.
After trying traditional methods of grief therapy my personal search led me to iRest. The iRest protocol has been transformational. I trust the process and use it in my personal home practice every day. It has served me well.
I am currently teaching yoga classes at the Community Yoga Center in San Marcos, Texas owned and operated by Jerry & Jim Kimmel. I implement portions of the 10 step protocol in each class.
