Ren Resch

Ren completed yoga teacher training in the Anusara tradition at Willow Street Yoga Center in 2006. In 2007, Ren took Richard Miller's Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, Level I at Kripalu. Ren apprenticed and taught with Robin Carnes at Walter Reed Hospital under a special program that offers iRest yoga nidra to service members. Ren completed the Level II training in 2013. Ren teaches regular classes in Boulder, CO and offers individual sessions globally.
