Serena has spent well over forty years studying and teaching a wide variety of healing arts including meditation, Rebirthing, Movement Therapy, massage and body treatments from the ancient Indian medical system of Siddha Vaidya. She is a Transpersonal Body Mind Therapist and the developer of Gentle Wave Yoga.

She is a retired Waldorf Specialty teacher and a founding member of four public Waldorf Methods Schools.

Her love of the Expressive Arts has led her to teach dance in several ethnic styles as well as being a singer in the rock band 'Synergy', for the past thirty years.

Her passion for iRest Yoga Nidra and teaching workshops, especially The Art of Fulfillment, continues to open the creative possibilities
of sharing this blessed path with others.
