I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher, an Expressive Arts facilitator, and Board Certified Health Coach. I am also a mom and a military spouse. Originally from Sweden, I have lived in Spain, Italy, and Germany and currently reside in the United States. I have been a part of the Special Operations (SEAL) community for over 20 years and know a thing or two about living with anxiety and uncertainty. The stress that I have experienced related to my husband’s many deployments and injuries eventually led me to yoga and meditation, which awakened a new level of presence and joy.
Throughout the years I have learned many different tools that support behavioral change and shift the nervous system from the sympathetic state to the parasympathetic. I help my students and clients to transform their conditioned minds, creating lasting change so they can live life with ease and rise up to everyday challenges even in the midst of chaos.
I truly believe that we can all find joy, live with purpose and learn to stay balanced. We can build compassion towards self and others and live life with more presence while reducing stress and anxiety.
