Trisha Barry found iRest yoga nidra after years of trying to uncover (and heal) the deep-set issues in her family (generationally). She tried various therapists and self-help efforts, but it was through her yoga practice, which included iRest yoga nidra, that that she began to find comfort and peace in her life circumstances and the events in her life. The practice allowed an integration of experiences, along with a gentle progressive and cumulative release of grief, trauma, sadness and anger. A regular practice offers a way to a more peaceful mind and a sense of greater ease being one's authentic self.
