As a certified iRest teacher, I also bring 20 years of meditation experience with a background in Buddhist Vipassana Meditation and Mindfulness practices. I have served many different communities in my 30 + years as a nurse, including Veterans, the Latinx community, people challenged with cancer diagnosis. In iRest, I have found a beautiful practice that builds resilience for people from all walks of life. I have a special interest in teaching Healthcare workers, First Responders and Veterans.
