I am a Psychotherapist who provides Trauma focused Psychotherapy to Public Service Professionals (Veterans, Military, Law Enforcement professionals, First Responders, Child Protection workers etc...). I provide regular PTSD recovery groups using iRest. In addition I use irest as an adjunct therapy to my clinical work to support clients to manage and recover from PTSD
