Bev Keane

My name is Bev Keane. I attended Level 1 iRest meditation course on the Gold Coast, Australia, Feb 2014. I have started the process of becoming an iRest Certified teacher. I and am currently running iRest yoga nidra programs in my local area; the southern Adelaide area. I have been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2002. I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Qualified Yoga teacher & studied Yoga for kids.
I love all aspects of iRest & the joy, wholeness & peace that it is bringing into my life and look forward to sharing this with as many people as I can.
