4. Notice what works and what needs to adjust, try again

The people Emily work with describe her best, “she is an inviting, trustworthy, skilled, practical and patient Guide with a soothing and calm presence.”

About Emily
Emily brings an advancing business career, glowing heart, and people-focused awareness to all that she does. Her career contributions are appreciated by enterprise, family-run and startup-level organizations. Since 2014, she had the sense that there was more she could offer to support colleagues, loved ones, and feel personally fulfilled. True to her nature, she continued to learn on-the-job by adding skills like multi-member project leadership, mentoring, email-content marketing AND meditation.

In her free time, she explored (and brought to work) resiliency and stress relief practices, over seven styles in the course of nine years. Still, she felt like an ‘outsider’ when it came to consistent stress management and sleep (not topics she openly addressed at the time). The iRest practice and an amazing group of individuals helped her reintegrate the 'outsider' sensations to get the consistency she knew was possible and live with more comfort and fulfillment.

Recently, Emily relocated to the Denver/ Boulder area for work. While she gets to know the area, she offers private, online iRest instruction and looks forward to serving the area with in person iRest and yoga asana workshops.

"I love teaching resiliency skill building, yoga, and meditation because they offer a natural progression to live with curious compassion through every life experience."
