I completed the YN level 1 in March in Melbourne.

I am a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist Dip, having trained for over 2,000 hours at Wellpark College.

I have a small studio at my home in Auckland from where I give private yoga sessions, and therapy.

I have taught Yoga Nidra at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in Auckland and run courses locally where I live in Grey Lynn. If you
