Hannah Campbell

In her 18 years experience as a teacher and environmental educator, Hannah has grown to appreciate to value of centering and mindfulness to students and teachers alike. Such experiences as a teacher and her work toward a career in occupational therapy have shown Hannah the deep value of the iRest practice. Most recently, she is thrilled to be introducing and teaching iRest practices at the local psychiatric hospital, where it has been well received.
