Heidi Kauffmann

Welcome to my WholeHealthScapes site.  (Please see my link below). I will share very briefly about myself.  I currently work for the VA and offer classes for Veterans free of charge that are enrolled in the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System.  My areas of expertise are in helping to reduce symptoms of insomnia, depression, and anxiety.  I also have extensive experience working with diverse groups of women.  My most recent class focused on developing optimal health among female hikers.  Please feel free to reach out should you have more questions about my courses.  I look forward to hearing from you!
