I teach a slow hatha practice integrating a more somatic approach to the yoga movements. Slowing down and connecting with our own natural rhythm which allows us to become more sensitive to the subtle sensations in the body, opening up to more ease and freedom in our movement which helps us to attune to ourselves in this moment. Free flowing movements are introduced to bring an intuitive energy into the practice. I complete the session with a lovely iRest Yoga Nidra; You lie down or remain seated in a comfortable position whilst being guided through a meditation for deep relaxation and self inquiry. I offer an open, calming space and teach to welcome everything that is present in this moment. You will feel fully restored and rested. Wishes and Joy, Victoria x
