Level 1 I-rest yoga nidra Yoga Teacher qualified in hatha, yin, restorative, pregnancy and aqua. My yoga journey was for me as it becomes for many a path to finding me. My aim in all my teaching is to facilitate this for others and Irest is an incredible way to discover/ recover you.
