My life mission is to support people in trauma release and stress management to finally support in enjoying a restful and meaningful life!
At the moment I've my own holistic practice (www.denicious.nl) based in Utrecht in the Netherlands where I combine IRest with energy healing & natural medicine. Besides 1:1 consults I also facilitate & organise retreats & yoga teacher trainings (www.i-alchemy.com) together with my co-partner Swami Antar Khirad to support people in their personal development or transformation.
Besides my own life experiences and professional studying I have a background in working as a managementconsultant in corporate and cultural organizations (musea, theatre, orchestra). Through yoga, meditation and NLP I have finally learned how to manage and reduce stress and recover from trauma (ptsd) so that I am able to really enjoy my life and have more balance and rest in my personal life. ! I love cooking, writing recipes, arts, yoga, meditatiation and playing the piano.
