I am a Registered Dietitian with a background in wholistic medicine. I have always been fascinated with the connection between the mind and body, and their affect on overall health and well-being. When I started meditating, I was able see how important it is to just be with the events of my life, so I could experience how they were affecting my choices. This is the key to interrupting habits and reactive responsives. This practice is helpful for anyone looking to get in touch with their natural state of peaceful well-being. It is by doing so ,that we release old stall habits and proactively engage in life. I am delighted to be able to share iRest® Meditation.
