Mary is certified as an IRI iRest Yoga Nidra Instructor, Structural Yoga™ Therapist and Instructor, professional Kripalu Yoga teacher and Minfulness Based Relapse Prevention Instructor. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance (ERYT-500) and is a member of the IAYT (Intrnational Association of Yoga Therapists). As a IRI iRest Instructor and Structural Yoga™ Therapist Mary works one-to-one or in small groups to help client's alleviate symptoms of imbalance and manage pain from chronic conditions and structural concerns via generalized or individually prescribed yoga and meditation practices, life style and diet recommendations. Mary has a passion for helping people with special needs. Her personal history dealing with chronic back and neck pain and migraine headaches led her to yoga, Structural Yoga™ Therapy and Integrative Restoration. Mary's dedicated training, and persistent use of yoga therapy and meditation practices has led her to greater balance and relief of symptoms. Mary has since developed therapeutics yoga programs and mindfulness meditation programs. Mary worked several years with cancer patients and since 2005 clients in recovery from addictive substances. Beginning in 2014 Mary has taken on the opportunity to help Veterans with PTSD and and recovery from addictions.
