"I live in Goa and Mumbai (BOMBAY) on the Western coast of India and have been to 6-7 Silent retreats with Richard Miller at Santa Sabina. I was attracted to iRest because I sensed its authenticity and studied one on one with my guide/teacher Ross Guest at Kimberley, BC , Canada over 2 years for 2 week and 3 week intensives. My main benefit occurs from my regular daily meditation practice. This enables me to embody much of the iRest teaching and continues to intensify on an ongoing basis in my personal life.
I am a 74 year old bachelor who enjoys travelling and loves to visit spiritual centres and shrines of mystics in India and abroad, some of these include; Ramana, Padre Pio in Puglia ,Italy, Notre Dame de Lourdes, SUFI shrine of Khwaja Ajmer in Rajasthan,India.
I intend to teach group classes and individual Dyads amongst friends.
